Behind the label VONSCHWANENFLUEGELPUPKE stand the two designers Eleonore von Schwanenflugel and Stephanie Pupke whose paths cross in 2005 while working as assistant designers for the Potsdam fashion label Wunderkind by Wolfgang Joop. They decide to combine their expertise in the areas of accessories and pret-a-porter in their own collections and to create something completely new and visionary. The Premium Young Designers Award Spring Summer 2012 in the category accessories is granted to VONSCHWANENFLUGELPUPKE for their handdrawn and photorealistic designs.
