If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our e-commerce return policy within the applicable 7 day period, and we will issue a refund for the item.
a. What makes the product eligible for a return?
- A return may be requested up to 7 days from the delivery date
- Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via www.buymedesign.com
- Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging
- If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected
b. How to Return a Product Purchased from buymedesign.com ?
- E-mail buymedesign.com team at return(at)buymedesign.com and join pictures of the product, the reference of the order # and an explanation of why you want to return it in the body of the email.
- Use a traceable shipping method (UPS, fedex, etc.) for all returned items and send us an email with the applicable references.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
c. How will I get my refund ?
Once we have inspected the product returned and it is confirmed eligible for a refund, we will issue a Credit Memo. You will receive an email informing you that the order has been refunded, and the refund will appear in your account.
